Από επιλεγμένους αμπελώνες της Μεσσηνίας και της Αχαΐας. Παραμονή με τα στέμφυλα για 10 ώρες και ελαφριά πίεση. Ζύμωση στους 20°C. Τριανταφυλλένιο χρώμα και έντονη αρωματική επίγευση.
